I've joined to local project Masks4Docs and got STL-file.
My latest settings (version 6) and project is below for Prusa i3 MK3S.
Highlights:
- This is not a stack version. It has beep at the as finished notification.
- No need to wipe the bed - never did for 50 items.
- Slow first layer - very important.
- No fills on first layer, only 2 walls and filler.
- Infill 5% with fastest pattern.
- 2 bottom and 2 top solid layers for durability.
- This is PLA version and make sure to set extruder temp to 220-230 to overcome filament skipping. You may detect 2-3 skips at start of second layer (speed increased, temp dropped to 205-210) but it will be on inner perimeter, so no worries, then temp will rise to 220 and no skips will be from then.
- First layer extruder temp is high due to second layer speed increase and temp drop.
IMPORTANT!
This prints were testes on quality plastic from Prusa. Recently I got free roll from 3dfactory.co.il - it has extra smell and you may need to add extra perimeter to have same model strength.
